Ingredients

  • Sliced smoked salmon: 150 grams
  • Caviar cream sauce: 70 grams
  • Rocket leaves: 50 grams
  • Avocado cut into sticks: 1/2 fruit
  • Truffle grain vinegar: 1 tbsp

Preparation

  1. Wash the rocket leaves and drain well.
