Brown rice is a familiar dish in many healthy diets.
When combined with smoked salmon, the dish becomes nutritious and very convenient for a quick meal during the day.
The chewy and nutty brown rice, eaten together with smoked salmon and fresh sprouts, makes the dish both light and flavorful.
Ingredients
- Red cargo brown rice: 300 grams
- Salt: 1/2 tsp
- Olive oil: 1 tbsp
- Salmon floss: 50 grams
- Sashimi-cut smoked salmon: 150 grams
- White sprouts: 1 handful
- Roasted sesame dressing
Instructions
- Rinse the brown rice and soak for about 1 hour.
- Cook the rice according to the water ratio written on the rice package, adding salt and olive oil.
- Adjust the water amount so the rice is chewy while the grains remain firm and not too wet.
Presentation
- Scoop the brown rice into a bowl.
- Arrange the smoked salmon on top.
- Serve with sprouts and roasted sesame dressing.
- You can also mix in salmon floss to make the rice more flavorful.
