Ingredients

    • Salad dressing
    • Olive oil: 90 ml
    • Balsamic vinegar: 30 ml
    • Honey: ½ tbsp
  • Salt: ¼ tsp
  • Minced garlic: 2 cloves
  • Mixed dried herbs: 1/3 tsp
  • Rocket leaves
  • Diced smoked salmon
  • Fresh burrata cheese

Instructions

Mix all dressing ingredients in a jar, close the lid tightly, and shake well.
Store the dressing in the refrigerator if making a larger batch. Shake well before serving.

Presentation

Arrange in order: rocket leaves → diced smoked salmon → fresh burrata cheese.
Then drizzle the balsamic vinaigrette over the top.
Before eating, cut the burrata cheese into smaller pieces and toss together with the salad and smoked salmon.
