Ingredients
- Sticky white rice: 1 bowl
- Smoked salmon cut into small cubes: 100 grams
- Ripe mango cut into small cubes: 40 grams
- Ripe avocado sliced: 40 grams
- Boiled edamame: 40 grams
- Diced cucumber: 40 grams
- Boiled sweet corn: 20 grams
- Chopped scallions
- Roasted black sesame seeds: 1/2 tsp
Poke Sauce
- Light soy sauce: 3 tbsp
- Lemon juice: 1/2 tbsp
- Sesame oil: 1/2 tbsp
- Mirin (optional): 1/2 tbsp
Mix all the ingredients together to make the sauce.
Presentation
- Scoop the sticky white rice into a deep bowl.
- Arrange the ingredients one by one on top of the rice.
- Sprinkle with black sesame seeds and scallions.
- Drizzle the poke sauce over before eating.
