Ingredients
- Flat pasta: 300 grams
- Garlic olive oil: 2 tbsp
- Smoked salmon cut into thin strips 0.5 × 0.5 × 3 cm: 150 grams
- Heavy cream: 300–350 ml
- Pasta cooking water: 100 ml
- Finely chopped onion: 3 tbsp
- Finely chopped celery: 3 tbsp
- Thinly sliced straw mushrooms: 3 mushrooms
- Chopped dill: 1–2 tbsp
- Pepper: 1/2 tsp
- Salt: 1/2 tsp
- Tabasco sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Boil the pasta according to the package instructions, adding 1 tsp olive oil.
- Drain the pasta and reserve a little pasta cooking water.
- Heat a pan with olive oil, then sauté the onion and celery until fragrant.
- Add the straw mushrooms and cook through.
- Add the heavy cream and pasta cooking water, then bring to a gentle boil.
- Season with salt and pepper, then add the dill.
- Place the pasta on a plate, arrange the smoked salmon on top, and pour over the cream sauce.
