Ingredients

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

  • Red sprouts: 150 grams
  • Thinly sliced cucumber: 1
  • Sliced bell pepper: 1/2
  • Shredded carrot: 1/3
  • Diced smoked tofu: 1 block
  • Mustard dressing: 3 tbsp

Place all salad ingredients into a bowl.
