Ingredients
- Salad dressing
- Mayonnaise: 200 grams
- Lemon juice: 1 tbsp
- Salad bowl
- Smoked salmon: 100 grams (bake for 10 minutes at 356°F, then flake with a fork)
- Green apples: 2, peeled and diced
- Celery: 1 handful of young leaves, young celery stalks cut into 2 cm pieces and split in half
- Onion: 1/2, diced
- Basil leaves: 1 small handful, roughly chopped
- Smoked paprika: 1/2 tsp
