Ingredients

  • Salad dressing
    • Mayonnaise: 200 grams
    • Lemon juice: 1 tbsp
  • Salad bowl
    • Smoked salmon: 100 grams (bake for 10 minutes at 356°F, then flake with a fork)
    • Green apples: 2, peeled and diced
    • Celery: 1 handful of young leaves, young celery stalks cut into 2 cm pieces and split in half
    • Onion: 1/2, diced
    • Basil leaves: 1 small handful, roughly chopped
    • Smoked paprika: 1/2 tsp
