Smoked Salmon with Baked Egg Butter & Dill

Smoked salmon with avocado and baked eggs is a nutritious dish and very suitable for breakfast or a light meal.
The creamy avocado combined with richly flavored smoked salmon and eggs creates a harmonious taste.
When baked in the oven, the avocado becomes softer and blends with the rich egg yolk, creating a delicious and appealing flavor.
The dish is simple but provides plenty of energy, suitable for quick meals while still being nutritious.

Ingredients

  • Avocado halved and pitted: 1 fruit
  • Smoked salmon: 2 slices
  • Eggs: 2
  • Ground pepper: 1/4 tsp
  • Salt: 1/4 tsp
  • Dried chili: 1/2 piece
  • Fresh dill leaves
  • Aluminum foil for baking

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Halve the avocado and scoop out a little flesh to create more space.
  3. Place the smoked salmon into the hollow part of the avocado.
  4. Crack the eggs into a bowl, then pour the eggs into the avocado halves.
  5. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and dried chili on top.

Presentation

Use aluminum foil to create a base to keep the avocado standing upright.
Bake in the oven for about 15–20 minutes.
When the eggs are cooked, remove and garnish with fresh dill leaves.

Notes

Can be served with toasted bread to make the dish more complete and delicious.
