Ingredients
- Flour: 150 grams
- Unsweetened fresh milk: 300 ml
- Eggs: 2
- Salt: 1 tsp
- Melted butter: 3 tbsp
- Baking powder: 1 tsp
- Vanilla: 1 tsp
How to Make Pancakes
- Sift the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Beat the eggs and mix with the fresh milk.
- Sift the flour mixture into the milk mixture, stirring gently until smooth.
- Add melted butter and vanilla, mix well.
- Let the batter rest for about 30 minutes.
- Heat a non-stick pan, brush with a thin layer of oil.
- Scoop the batter into pancakes about 6 cm in diameter.
- When bubbles appear on the surface of the pancake and it turns light golden, flip it over and fry the other side until cooked through.

- Pancakes: 15 pieces
- Smoked salmon: 150 grams
- Mayonnaise: 150 grams
- Lemon juice: 1 tsp
- Chopped green onions (for garnish)
Mix mayonnaise with lemon juice, then:
- Spread the sauce on the pancakes.
- Place sliced smoked salmon on top.
- Sprinkle with green onions and enjoy.
